2026 Primetime Athletics Basketball Boot Camp

Get Ready for Basketball Season!

Primetime Athletics, in partnership with the Lawrence Recreation Department, is excited to offer our Basketball Boot Camp for boys and girls entering grades 5-8. This four-day camp is designed to prepare players for the upcoming basketball season by improving their skills, confidence, conditioning, and basketball IQ in a competitive and positive environment.

Led by former and current high school coaches, along with special guest coach Reed, the new Head Boys Basketball Coach, this boot camp provides young athletes with the opportunity to learn from experienced coaches who are passionate about player development.

Dates: November 9-12
Time: 5:30 PM - 7:00PM
Location: Lawrence High School
Who: Boys and Girls entering Grades 5-8

What Players Will Learn

Throughout the week, participants will focus on:

• Ball handling and dribbling under pressure
• Shooting mechanics and scoring techniques
• Passing, footwork, and offensive fundamentals
• Defensive positioning and competitive drills
• Speed, agility, and basketball conditioning
• Decision-making through game situations and small-sided competition

Our goal is to help every player develop the habits, confidence, and work ethic needed to succeed during the upcoming season.
